Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Property Consultant who is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing new business through cold calling/emailing, marketing or business presentation.
2. Exploring market trends to identify the most profitable areas.
3. Face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
4. Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and buying property for the right price under the best terms.
5. Provide guidance to clients to improve their investments or options.
6. Conduct viewings and follow-up.
7. Maintain regular contact with all clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Real Estate (minimum 1 year).
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
5. Proficiency in CRM software.
