KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our sales team. At Kaizen, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional residential and commercial properties that meet the highest standards of design, quality, and sustainability.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process. You will identify and understand their needs, showcase our properties, negotiate sales agreements, and ensure a smooth closing process. This role requires excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and online platforms.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including market trends and property values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
