Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant who can speak Russian and Arabic. The Property Consultant will be responsible for:

1. Providing exceptional customer service
2. Managing the sales and rental process of residential and commercial properties
3. Maintaining real property records
4. Generating leads
5. Conducting property viewings
6. Negotiating lease terms

Qualifications

1. Valid Real Estate License
2. Excellent Customer Service skills
3. Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and sales process
4. Ability to manage real property records
5. Strong Sales skills
6. Fluency in Russian and Arabic
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
8. Experience in real estate sales and property management is a plus
