Job description

PSI is a real estate company that guides regional and international buyers toward making the most effective property investment decisions. Our sales team includes several market specialists with diversified properties across Dubai. We are looking for professional self-driven individuals to be part of our team.

Job description:

  1. Facilitate and enable clients to purchase directly from the developer
  2. Actively source new clients through marketing and advertising initiatives
  3. Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospective properties
  4. Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits
  5. Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current housing market
  6. Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighbourhood, etc.
  7. Advertise and promote local properties for sale
  8. Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property
  9. Research and explore local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings
  10. Inspect properties for damages and seek out contractors / snagging teams to resolve maintenance issues
  11. Prepare and process required documentation including contracts, deeds, etc.
  12. Stay on top of deadlines and deliveries
  13. Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process

Requirements and qualifications:

  1. High school diploma / Bachelor's Degree (is a must)
  2. Current and valid driving license with a car (is a plus)
  3. Previous experience in sales or marketing (is a plus)
  4. Multi language speakers: RUSSIAN, CHINESE, ITALIAN, GERMAN, SPANISH, TURKISH, FRENCH...
  5. Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Suite
  6. Strong interpersonal skills
  7. Detail-oriented
  8. Persistent and proactive
  9. Excellent communicator
  10. Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
  11. Efficient multi-tasker
  12. Outstanding time management skills
