6. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and sustain client relationships to understand their needs and deliver personalized real estate solutions.
2. Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers
3. Negotiate and close deals efficiently
4. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract clients
5. Prepare and present detailed property reports and market analysis
6. Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
