Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Consultant to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Client Management:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Property Listings:

  1. Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring up-to-date and accurate listings.
  2. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Market Research:

  1. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
  2. Provide clients with insights and data to support their investment decisions.

Sales and Marketing:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote property listings and campaigns.

Documentation and Compliance:

  1. Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.

Networking:

  1. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network.
  2. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferably with valid UAE Driver's license.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Spoken Arabic, or any other language, is a plus.
