Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the UAE real estate market. You will play a key role in providing expert advice to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in properties across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a go-getter attitude, be a positive team player, and be driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  2. Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information about available listings.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
  4. Provide market insights and advice to clients on the current trends in the UAE real estate market.
  5. Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties to drive business growth.
  6. Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with team members to share market insights and achieve team targets.
  8. Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate in the UAE market.
  2. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property types.
  3. A go-getter attitude with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
  6. Preferably with a car and a valid UAE driving license for property viewings and meetings.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
