Job Title: Property Consultant - Secondary Sales & Leasing

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
2. List and market secondary residential properties through various channels.
3. Conduct property viewings and negotiate sale/lease agreements.
4. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
5. Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Dubai's real estate market.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
4. UAE driver's license mandatory.
5. RERA certification is a plus.
