Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management
  2. Full property sales process from instruction to transfer
  3. Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM
  4. Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
  5. Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with the latest local and national property market information and laws
  6. Abide by RERA and RICS business standards and codes of ethics
  7. Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
  8. Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
  9. Maintain a high professional profile at all times with smart business dress
  10. Research and highlight any competitor activities
  11. Build excellent working relationships with clients and team
  12. Network with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships
  13. Present to potential clients and conduct viewings
  14. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  15. Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team
  16. Have a full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale, or lease of a property
