Property Consultant

We are looking for dedicated Property Consultants for Dubai real estate market, with at least 1 year of real estate sales experience. As a Property Consultant, you will act as the client's advocate throughout the property buying process, providing guidance, expertise, and negotiation skills to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide property management consulting services to clients

Assess and evaluate client properties to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement property management strategies and plans
• Advise clients on property maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning for their properties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective property management

Requirements:

• Proven experience of real estate industry
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of Dubai Real estate market is mandatory
