  2. RERA Card (Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. The candidate must be proactive and responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and closing deals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  2. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  3. Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to advise clients on property values, trends, and opportunities.
  5. Conducting negotiations with the clients.
  6. Communicating with Marketing and Accounts team to prepare sale documents.
  7. Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in each time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.
  8. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, property owners, managers, agents, and legal counsel.
