A Property Consultant serves as a key liaison between property buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the process of purchasing, selling, or leasing residential and commercial real estate. This role demands in-depth market knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to offer professional advice based on current property trends and legal guidelines. Successful candidates will build lasting client relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure seamless real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

Requirements

• Proven experience as a property consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and legal guidelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
