Job Description

1. Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
2. Property Sales & Leasing: Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
3. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
4. Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
5. Negotiation & Closing: Ensure smooth transactions by negotiating the best deals for clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in real estate sales or leasing (1+ years preferred, but we welcome ambitious newcomers).
2. Excellent communication & negotiation skills – confident, persuasive, and client-focused.
3. Self-motivated & target-driven – thrives in a performance-based environment.
4. Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
5. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
6. UAE Driving License (preferred).
