Generate client leads and manage the same to conclude a deal.
Have a professional approach for photographing and virtual tours for property for company advertising.
Work on competitive market prices and match clients to specific properties, organize and conduct viewings.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Handle sales and rental inquiries from clients through phone calls, emails, and in person, offering them property consultancy services.
Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market.
List and market properties for sale or rent and generate new property listings via networking, site visits, regular meetings, and cold calls.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure consulting deals.
Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements.
Preferably 2+ years of Real Estate Sales Experience in the secondary market and off-plan in Dubai.
Excellent sales negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Smart determinant, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Proficient with CRM & MS OFFICE.
RERA certificate preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
