Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate sales (Dubai market experience preferred).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.
• Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals successfully.
• Self-Driven: Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to achieve professional goals.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professionalism: A polished, professional image, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Availability: Immediate joining is required.
