Property Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and a deep understanding of Dubai's property landscape. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring they find the ideal properties for their needs and investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with property sales and rental transactions, providing comprehensive information about the Dubai real estate market.
2. Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and clients to generate new business opportunities.
3. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and sales transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
4. Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients.
5. Develop and present customized property solutions based on clients' needs and investment goals.
6. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, interactions, and client communications.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE real estate market.
2. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market regulations and property values.
3. Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client inquiries.
