Your role:

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties.
3. Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers or tenants.
4. Negotiate sales and rental agreements to close deals effectively.
5. Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and procedures in Dubai.
6. Source and manage leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

What We're Looking For:

1. Self-motivated and driven individuals.
2. Real estate experience, especially in the UAE (preferred).
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with real estate CRM software.
5. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
6. RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed).
