Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the vibrant Dubai real estate market.

1. Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
2. Property Presentations: Showcase properties to clients, providing accurate and detailed information, highlighting key features, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
3. Market Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends, market conditions, and legal regulations in Dubai's real estate industry to provide informed advice to clients.

Basic Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or real estate, is preferred.
2. Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
3. Knowledge: A strong understanding of UAE's real estate market, including knowledge of different areas, property types, and market trends.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages, such as Arabic or Hindi, is a plus.
5. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
