Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
2. Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
3. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and potential buyers.
4. Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
5. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals effectively.
6. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in real estate, preferably in Abu Dhabi's secondary and off-plan markets.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain a network of clients.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the real estate industry.
5. UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
