Property Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
2. Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services.
3. Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
4. Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
5. Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
6. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
