Property and Finance Manager, Family office - Dubai

A single family office based in the UAE is looking to hire a property manager with finance experience to manage a large property portfolio. Reporting to the CFO, ideally you will need a finance background and solid experience in managing private properties. Your main focus will be the stewardship and management of a small portfolio of properties, dealing with all aspects of property administration. You will also provide financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Strategic planning and execution with a focus on financial outcomes will be a focal point in your duties.

The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in finance or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA), or a University Degree related to property and estate management. To be suitable for this role, you will need at least 8 to 10 years of work experience within the industry, specifically in Family Office property management.

To be eligible for this role, you must live and have lived in the UAE for a while, have a clean UAE driving licence, own a car, and know how to get around the city.
