Property Advisor

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and developing client relationships in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.
• Company laptop and phone provided.
• Full marketing support and access to company resources.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate client needs and personal schedules.
• Competitive commission structure with potential for high earnings.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Consultant.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is a plus.
