As part of CNS PMO growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced Professional Level project manager to manage all phases of the project lifecycle including initialization, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management. This is a client-facing role and candidates must be experienced in managing multiple work streams simultaneously using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with the capability to learn and implement new technologies. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate their capabilities in meeting project milestones, schedules, project product, and people management.
Project Delivery Planning
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and Control Project Execution
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationship vital to the success of the project.
Quality Management System
Maintain proper documentation of the project and keep them in a safe location.
By the end of the project, update a lessons learned document with all lessons learned from the project to be avoided in future projects.
Manage stakeholders throughout the project.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Maintain review meetings with all stakeholders to assure proper communication.
Assure customer expectations are met through proper communication.
Maintain customer satisfaction through proper customer relations management.
Manage Project Resources
Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during the project cycle.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
