Job Description

• Lead project planning sessions, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and foster collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
• Oversee the procurement process, evaluating vendor proposals and negotiating contracts to secure the best resources for project execution.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Monitor project progress through effective reporting and documentation, making adjustments as necessary to adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance team productivity.
• Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, clearly communicating project status, challenges, and successes.
• Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues, leveraging engineering expertise to devise practical solutions and drive project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in project engineering within the relevant industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of project dynamics.
• Experience in project management and execution, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
• Experience in consultant coordination and documentation, managing approvals, permits, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Experience in site and labor supervision, effectively controlling multiple construction sites and optimizing workforce productivity.
• Expert knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, and other authorities.
• Experience in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality across all projects.
• Must be located in commutable distance to Dubai and in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering simulation tools to facilitate project execution.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing project teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills, enabling the identification of issues and the development of effective solutions.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all engineering practices and project implementations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements seamlessly.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement, willing to learn and apply new methodologies to enhance project execution.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for global project coordination.
