Assist in preparing periodic and annual reports related to university facilities projects. Prepare official correspondence for all parties involved in the project. Follow up and assist in all administrative and financial aspects related to externally funded projects in the pre-contract signing stage, and during implementation if required. Assist the administration in securing requirements related to information gathering tasks. Assist the administration in preparing notifications related to major equipment purchases, when requested, and coordinate with relevant parties. Attend administrative and technical meetings during the project preparation period, and after entering the project under construction stage. Assist in the required coordination between the administration and the rest of the educational units at the university. Assist in preparing for the university’s participation in external and internal events related to the project. Assist in preparing electronic presentation reports when requested. Perform any other work related to the nature of the work when assigned.
