Projects Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to support our project management team in a dynamic, project-based environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering projects while fostering collaboration among stakeholders and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling:

1. Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
2. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Documentation Management:

1. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
2. Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards and policies.

Risk and Issue Management:

1. Identify and document project risks and issues.
2. Work with project managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

1. Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

Financial Tracking:

1. Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
2. Generate financial reports and contribute to budget forecasting.

Experience:

1. Experience with design and construction projects, particularly in greenfield settings.
2. Hands-on experience in Cost Controlling.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination.
4. Project Management certification(s) is a plus.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
