Project Systems Manager

Hotel Host - Engineering is a position where you can learn the basics of preventative maintenance duties and procedures, including, but not limited to completing preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, making repairs, performing trash pickup, and unloading and storing deliveries. As a Hotel Host in our Engineering department, you will respond promptly to guest requests in a professional and hospitable manner while maintaining a professional appearance.

Duties Include:

1. Follow safe work procedures, including company key control procedures
2. Inspect and clean up in rooms after working in them and ensure they meet Hotel standards
3. Ensure maintenance equipment is properly functioning and maintained
4. Ensure that all regular maintenance items are completed
5. Respond to maintenance emergencies timely
6. Ensure grounds, pool, and structure are properly maintained
7. Adhere to all safety and security guidelines regarding equipment safety, guest safety, and safe chemical handling procedures

Qualifications:

1. General knowledge of hand tools
2. General knowledge of maintenance
3. Ability to work well with others in a guest and team-focused environment
4. Time management capability to accomplish work within established parameters
5. Customer service focus to anticipate guest needs, greet and acknowledge guests, respond to guest requests, and ensure guest satisfaction
6. Perseverance to complete work efficiently with attention to quality and detail
7. Action orientation to deliver the desired outcome
