Location : Abu Dhabi

Experience : 3-5 years

Qualification : Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Mandatory Experience in HVAC, construction, installation & commissioning.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Project Handling Supervisor / Engineer: Understanding of project handling, scheduling, and execution.
2. Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or construction industry processes.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.
4. Strong skills to supervise teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
5. Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills.
6. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
7. Reporting & Documentation: Ability to generate progress reports, cost analysis, and documentation for management.

Supervise & Coordinate: Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work follows safety protocols and industry standards.

Customer Interaction: Handle client communication, address concerns, and provide updates.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of project progress, materials, and costs.
