Project Supervisor

Supervise and manage interior fit-out, joinery, and civil works for coffee shops, restaurants, and other retail spaces.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and external vendors to ensure the timely and efficient execution of fit-out projects.

Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, project timelines, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure all works comply with local building regulations, permits, and safety guidelines.

Manage material deliveries and installation schedules to prevent project delays. Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure materials meet project specifications.

Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may impact project delivery.

Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and change orders.

Conduct quality checks on completed work and ensure defects are rectified before project handover.

Provide input on contractor payments, ensuring work completion aligns with contractual agreements.

Communicate project updates to management and address concerns proactively.
