Project Services Manager

Project Services Manager needed in Dubai!

We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Services Manager to oversee a major gas development project in Libya. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Ensuring projects meet quality standards through rigorous quality control.
3. Lead a dedicated team, assign tasks, and support professional growth.
4. Develop and manage budgets, optimize resources, and mitigate risks.
5. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
2. Minimum of 15 years in Project Services / Project Control post-degree.
3. At least 5 years in the oil and gas industry and onshore/offshore engineering.
4. PMP or similar certification preferred.
5. Excellent spoken and written English.

Rotation Schedule:

10 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Travel:

Economy flights provided at the start and end of each rotation cycle.
