Job Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling software, ensuring all tasks are accurately represented.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate project meetings to discuss scheduling updates, resource allocation, and any necessary changes to the plan.
• Prepare detailed reports and visual aids to communicate schedule status to management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the Powerplant industry and EPC projects.
• Work experience in Middle East EPC projects related to or under Korean Contractor companies is a plus.
• Experienced in EOT claim preparation, expertise with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is essential.
• Additional advantage if work experience in related ADNOC, JV, or consortium-like projects.
