Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the furniture industry.
Identify emerging markets, business opportunities, and new customer segments.
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Sales Manager in the furniture or fit out or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing, fit out and related designing tools (Auto Cad, 3D, Sketchup etc) and knowledge in project execution is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.
