Job description
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and approach new business opportunities in the lighting sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Sales Management:
- Promote and sell lighting solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product development and business strategies.
Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
