Job description

Qualifications:

BSc Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering

Minimum 20 years’ experience as a QA / QC Manager in Oil & Gas Projects

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the definition and implementation of the PQMS and the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System (QMS)
  2. Maintain the integrity of the Company QMS when changes are made to the system for the project
  3. Check and monitor the correct implementation of the Project QMS through the planning of quality audits
  4. Conduct planned quality audits, including the issue of relevant audit reports
  5. Plan activities aimed at promoting the applicable Contractual Quality Requirements within the project organization
  6. Conduct external audits to Vendors and Subcontractors QMS
  7. Plan and allocate Quality resources to various areas of the project, managing them in liaison with involved Quality functions
  8. Support the Project Manager in relations with the Client and Authorities responsible for quality matters
  9. Participate in Project Management meetings to ensure coordination between Quality activities and Project Management activities
  10. Prepare and issue QC specifications for the works, coordinating checks by the Technical Departments and Client
  11. Issue quality requirements to be incorporated in the contractual documents with Vendors and Subcontractors
  12. Implement Site QC activities, including monitoring of QC management tool updating
  13. Manage nonconformities
  14. Promote actions to prevent or eliminate potential non-conformities and their causes
  15. Manage the Cost of Non-Quality process
  16. Ensure knowledge and awareness of Quality requirements within the Project Team, performing Quality Training activities
  17. Collect and analyze project quality data to organize and lead the Project Quality Management Review
  18. Manage the lessons learned process
  19. Implement Customer satisfaction process
  20. Report Project information and data to Company’s Quality Manager using Corporate methodologies and tools, keeping the Project Quality Reporting tools updated

Work / Leave Rotation: 75 working days – 21 paid leave days

Working Hours: 10 Hours X 6 Days a week
