Project Planner Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 for high-complexity construction projects.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.
3. Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
4. Analyze critical paths and project dependencies to optimize timelines.
5. Generate regular progress reports including forecasts and earned value analysis for stakeholders.
6. Support decision-making by providing detailed scheduling data and insights.
7. Ensure compliance with project standards and contractual obligations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related construction field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for high-complexity projects.
3. Expertise in Primavera P6 and other project planning tools.
4. Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably exceeding AED 200M budget.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify critical risks and solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
