About the Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Planner for our Dubai Team. This role offers the opportunity to further establish your strong reputation by applying your significant experience across the fields of project controls, planning and scheduling and claims and dispute management.

We are looking for professionals who will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people and bring their self-driven mindset and leadership to proactively solve problems and address project requirements.

As our Project Planner you'll be responsible for;

• Develop and maintain project schedules, set milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track project performance, analyse variances, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, manage client expectations, and facilitate project meetings.
• Support claims and dispute resolution, optimize planning methodologies, and mentor junior planners.

What you’ll Bring

As our successful candidate you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience as a planner
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with planning and scheduling tools, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated experience in claims management and dispute resolution.
• Established ability to manage client relationships and expectations throughout all project phases.
• Strong writing skills for drafting persuasive and technically accurate reports.
• Consultancy experience is preferred.
