PROJECT PLANNER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
2. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
3. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
4. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and update stakeholders on project timelines.
5. Assist in resource planning, cost estimation, and procurement scheduling.
6. Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks in project execution and suggest mitigation measures.
7. Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims when required.
8. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, client specifications, and project requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Must have 4-5 years of experience in project planning for interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
4. Strong understanding of fit-out project sequencing, resource planning, and procurement processes.
5. Excellent skills in progress tracking, reporting, and coordination.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Must be locally available in the UAE and immediately available to join.
