Project Manager - Urban Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Urbanism Planning team based in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the precontract phase of large-scale master planning Landscape and Urban Planning projects, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the precontract phase of master planning projects from concept development to contract finalization.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
5. Oversee the preparation of precontract documentation including feasibility studies, design briefs, and tender documents.
6. Analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and project strategy.
7. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainable development practices.
8. Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
9. Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
10. Present project updates and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management with a focus on master planning, urban planning, and landscape projects.
3. Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale development projects.
4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
5. Expertise in master planning concepts, techniques, and precontract documentation.
