Project Manager - Trusted Advisors (English Speaking Countries)

Trusted Advisors Group is looking for a Project Manager to handle part of our operations in English Speaking. Trusted Advisors Group specializes in consulting, research and professional services with high added value. The creativity and relevance of our solutions are differentiation levers which we provide every day to our key accounts corporate customers, from design through implementation and monitoring of their strategic, scientific or technological projects.

Responsibilities as Project Manager

• Defining consultancy/research project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate with hiring managers and Clients to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Requirements

• Four years of higher education Master’s degree
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Location: Dubai, UAE (But we are flexible to consider applicants willing to work remotely from other countries)
