Project Manager Pool and landscape

Major Responsibilities:

1. Maintain signed contract/agreement copy for new/ongoing sales projects & read thoroughly Sales Agreement Terms & Conditions.
2. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to prepare a variation order if the client marks changes at the site.
3. Present the “Variation order” to the client for approval and share the approved variation order with the concerned stakeholders.
4. Follow up with the “Approval Officer” to expedite the project on time.
5. Prepare the “Program of work” (POW) and submit it to the client/consultant, delivering one copy to the allocated “Project Manager.”
6. Pre-plan on every project related to long lead items, ensuring all deliveries will be on site timely.
7. Control manpower distribution with the Project Coordinator as per site load and according to the POW.
8. Provide technical support and counseling to Project Managers to achieve project deadlines.
9. Monitor site progress via the “workflow sheet” and maintain the monthly construction target value on each project.
10. Work on the payment receivable file and issue Performa Invoices via email, following up on all due payments.
11. Ensure the Project Manager submits the site progress report to the client/consultant via email every week.
12. Be available upon client and management request to discuss or resolve project matters as a priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
