- Lead end-to-end project execution of PEB Steel Buildings, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance.
- Manage and coordinate effectively with Main contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to streamline project workflow.
- Oversee and ensure smooth progress of all approval processes, including regulatory, design, and construction permits.
- Implement a strategic project execution plan, proactively mitigating risks and optimizing resources.
- Strong decision-making skills to address project challenges, engineering bottlenecks, and unforeseen site conditions.
- Ensure value engineering by optimizing design, materials, and construction techniques.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, managing workforce productivity, engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct risk assessments at every stage and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations throughout the project.
- Proven expertise in PEB Steel Building projects with hands-on experience in execution, approvals, and engineering coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, supplier management, and subcontractor handling.
- Strong background in engineering, site execution, and value-added project management techniques.
- Leadership and people management skills to drive team motivation and performance.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10Year+ experience in managing PEB Steel Building projects.
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
