Project Manager - Office Fitout

Requirements:

1. Coordinate with all stakeholders including internal teams and external vendors for the successful delivery of projects measured as completed on time, within the budget allocated and in acceptable quality.
2. Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements prior to commencement of site work. This includes review of fit-out contracts, approved drawings, BOQ, fit-out manuals & building and authority inspection requirements.
3. Ensure technical feasibility of all aspects of the project deliverables.
4. Bring to the attention of the Project Director any items that are missing from the BOQ, material list, and shop drawing logs of the project.
