We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving profitability. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness and maintenance.
Staff Supervision & Training:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff development.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee conflicts.
Customer Service & Experience:
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high service standards.
Address customer feedback to improve service and satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant financial performance and optimize profitability.
Prepare budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales data.
Implement cost-effective strategies to increase revenue.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
Maintain online presence and manage customer reviews.
Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
Salary: 7000 AED
