Project Manager (IT)

Madison Pearl is exclusively partnering with a prestigious government entity based in Dubai for an opportunity of Project Manager. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage internal technology projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects that align with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business and other key stakeholders to define and identify opportunities and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance).
2. Ensure delivery of IT business requirements that are implemented into the end solutions.
3. Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
4. Implement information security policies and procedures to cost-effectively reduce risk to acceptable levels.
5. Oversee the launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience.
3. Additional qualifications such as PMP is highly advantageous.
4. Experience in working with federal institutions. Big 4, and consultant firms would be a big plus.
5. Agile and results-driven.
6. UAE Nationals will be preferred.
