Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing mid to large-scale interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects without the need for senior oversight, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and mastery of approval processes. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage all project aspects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and execute mid to large-scale interior fit-out projects independently, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle the complete approvals process with relevant authorities, including acquiring necessary permits and ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets, regularly tracking progress and controlling costs.
• Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing updates and resolving any project-related issues.
• Supervise on-site work, ensuring the highest quality standards are met and any challenges are addressed proactively.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and coordination of installation teams.
• Conduct site meetings, monitor health and safety protocols, and ensure quality assurance and quality control are adhered to.
• Implement risk management practices to foresee potential challenges and mitigate them effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing interior fit-out projects independently, without reliance on senior management, in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, building codes, approval processes, and authority compliance.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of a project, including high-budget projects, from inception to handover.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
