Job Description

1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of interior design projects.
2. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, requirements, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Design Coordination: Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into execution.
4. Procurement & Vendor Management: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
5. Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and ensure all design and construction work meets industry standards, project specifications, and company guidelines.
6. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide financial updates to stakeholders to ensure profitability.
7. Compliance & Approvals: Ensure all projects comply with Dubai municipality regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
9. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for efficient project delivery.
10. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project reports, track progress, and present updates to senior management and clients.
