Strategic Affairs Preparing short- and medium-term operational plans and objectives for information technology projects and aligning them with the operational objectives of the administration and the Authority’s strategic plans. Developing policies and procedures for IT project operations.
Financial Affairs Prepare budgets for information systems projects based on project-specific constraints and business parameters; obtain the necessary credits, and monitor implementation to ensure optimal use in accordance with financial policies.
Job Responsibilities
Study the needs to identify technical project resources in accordance with approved standards and plan tools and mechanisms for developing and managing project capabilities.
Determine the scope of technical projects, objectives, requirements for deliverables, achievements, and time frames for application.
Prepare plans to measure the achievement of the results and outputs of projects, as well as planning, identifying and approving the agency’s work strategies.
Establish efficiency indicators for projects (Requests for Proposals (RFPs) & Requests for Information (RFI) and create documents for project management.
