Mandatory Requirement

Job Summary

The Healthcare Data Management Project Manager will lead and manage data management projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring the successful delivery of data-related or technology-driven initiatives. The role requires a highly skilled project manager who can effectively oversee complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects to completion while maintaining adherence to timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: At least 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in managing data-related or technology-driven projects in the healthcare, public sector, or regulatory domains.
• Healthcare and Regulatory Experience: Experience working on healthcare, public sector, or regulatory projects is highly desirable.
• Multi-Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
