Job Overview:

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Project Manager at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from design development through construction completion and closeout
• Lead and mentor a team of project professionals, including engineers, planners, cost controllers, and document control specialists
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan (PMP) that outlines project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including the owner, contractors, designers, and consultants
• Manage and control multi-package contracts, ensuring coordinated execution across various project phases
• Monitor and track project progress against the baseline plan, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
• Prepare and present project status reports to the Project Director and other stakeholders
• Manage project budget and cost control measures, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage and administer project documents and maintain a comprehensive document control system
• Foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Civil or Architect BSc. with more than 15 years experience in Design & Construction management
• Minimum 5 years experience in UAE (Dubai)
• Proven track record of success in Interior Design, Fit-Out & multi-phased projects at construction stage
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is a plus
• Demonstrated expertise in managing design, interior design, MEP and construction stages of construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC), and procurement processes
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.) and cost control tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-track environment
