Key Responsibilities

• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
• Improve processes, coordinate testing, and ensure solution quality.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users.
• Manage vendor relationships, compliance, and risk.
• Lead change management efforts and support adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Skills And Experience

• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Hadoop, or Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in ETL processes, database management, and data visualization.
